Faculty Development Program on Quantitative Research Methods - A faculty development program aimed at enhancing quantitative research skills will be conducted from May 26 to June 2, 2025, at IIM Shillong. This program is designed to improve understanding and skills in quantitative research methods relevant to management and social science education. Participants will learn about various data collection methods, statistical tools, and techniques such as regression, factor analysis, and structural equation modeling. The program is open to educators, researchers, and industry professionals. Successful participants will receive a certificate of participation.
